The association was started with Sri. JAGADISH U MEHTA, Sri K.M. NARASIMHAN, Sri. R.S PATHAK, Sri. VENKATESH MURTHY and Sri. M.S.SHARMA as founders. Till 1987 the office bearers and E.C. members were elected once in a year. the system was 17 members elected directly by members from among 17 members they select office bearers.
